I just saw Conspiracy of Silence (1994). The fans of Bittorrent just made it "the banned documentary to watch"! It's sick and disturbing!

"Conspiracy of Silence is a 56 minute documentary film detailing an alleged Lawrence 'Larry' King child sex scandal that involved many children from Nebraska institution, Boys Town. The organized child sex parties implicated the Reagan and Bush White House during the 1980s. King was the ringleader of the sex ring which had links to other fellow political conservatives in Washington D.C. including Republican lobbyist Craig Spence, Sen. Elizabeth Dole's staff, along with members of the financial elite of Nebraska.

Larry King was judged to have been responsible for curtailing Paul Bonacci's civil rights and was ordered to pay him $1 million as compensation. The documentary was produced over the course of ten months by British corporation Yorkshire Television for broadcast in the US on May 3, 1994 on the Discovery Channel. However, threats from Congress of more restrictive television legislation resulted in the documentary never being aired. Most copies of the finished product were destroyed by parties unknown, but a mostly completed work print of the documentary was sent anonymously to former State Senator Nebraska attorney John DeCamp a year after all copies were supposedly destroyed. The movie can be found with various file sharing programs such as BitTorrent or through the Freenet. Adherents to the movie's outlook claim that the case has never been fully brought to justice and that many of the investigators and witnesses have subsequently died under suspicious circumstances."

Die neue Show ist mal wieder der Hammer! Zu oft stand der Meister in den letzten Jahren im Schatten von Sharkey, dem eigentlichen Star der Show, aber Fil, alter Punker halt, hat sich selbst neu erfunden und dabei sogar seine poetische Ader neu entdeckt. Am gestrigen Abend präsentierte sich der rebellische "Singer/Songwriter" in allerbester Höchstform und Sharkey ist auch noch nicht restlos heiser von seinem vermutlich größten Hit: "BVG", auch bekannt als "Mit dem Fahrrad in den ersten Wagen". Dat singen die Leute inzwischen akkurat mit. Gehen Sie da bitte unbedingt hin! Und auch wenn Sie diese Comics doof finden, auf der Bühne ist Fil unschlagbar! Wirklich niemand von den Spaßmachern in diesem Lande ist besser als der Mann aus dem Märkischen Viertel. Kudos, Respekt und Props, Alter!

"Die Angriffe gegen den kurdischen Fernsehsender Roj TV gewinnen mit jedem Tag eine neue Dimension. Die Ausfälle des türkischen Ministerpräsidenten Erdogan in Dänemark gegen den TV-Kanal sind zu einem Skandal geworden, in dem auch die USA ihre Finger mit im Spiel haben. Die US-Initiative zum Verbot von Roj TV machte gestern in den dänischen Medien Schlagzeilen.

Die dänische Tageszeitung Politiken und der Fernsehsender TV3 veröffentlichten ein unter höchster Geheimhaltung stehendes US-Dokument an das dänische Außenministerium. Nach „Politiken“ setzen die USA die dänische Regierung unter Druck, damit Roj TV verboten wird. Die US-Forderungen sind identisch mit denen der Türkei. So wird die Beschlagnahmung des Eigentums des TV-Senders gefordert, der angeblich mit der PKK in Verbindung stehen soll. Weiter heißt es in dem Brief an das dänische Außenministerium, es stehe Dänemark nicht zu, einem TV-Kanal, der von Frankreich und England bereits verboten sei, eine Sendeerlaubnis zu erteilen.

Roj TV sendet seit Februar 2004 von Dänemark aus. Zuvor mussten bereits die Vorgänger Med TV und Medya TV aufgrund diplomatischen Druck der Türkei den Betrieb einstellen."
