Hier ändert sich gerade sehr viel. Mit dem Email-Interview ging es los. Die Technik schaffte mehr Kontaktmöglichkeiten für Interviews, erweiterte aber auch die Distanz zum Interviewten. Jetzt kommen Headsets, Live-Streaming und 3D-Welten mit Messenger, Mail, Mobiltelephonie und Web 2.0 zusammen. Daran wird man sich immer mehr gewöhnen müssen. Genug Menschen haben sich per Skype und "World of Warcraft" sowieso schon längst daran gewöhnt. Darum wird der Kapitalismus jetzt wieder so kribbelig.

In der Welt von Second Life ist vergleichsweise wenig los, aber das Reuters-Projekt zeigt immerhin ein wenig die Möglichkeiten auf. Oben einfach mal dem Link folgen und ein wenig das Video gucken. In Deutschland regte sich bisher nur die "Bild", die wohl auch beim Avastar beteiligt ist. Schon allein deshalb ist unter den Freaks gen Transmediale der große Boom ausgebrochen. Irgendwie will man Springer doch nicht das Feld überlassen. In einem Jahr gibt es für die sonst wahrscheinlich jede Menge grimme Preise und das soll nicht sein.
