Futurezone: "Die Betreiber von The Pirate Bay haben gegen einen Polizisten, der gegen die schwedische Torrent-Tracker-Site ermittelte und nun für die Unterhaltungsindustrie arbeitet, Strafanzeige eingebracht. Mitte März wechselte der schwedische Polizist Jim Keyzer, der die Vorermittlungen gegen die Torrent-Tracker-Site The Pirate Bay leitete, für sechs Monate zum Filmstudio Warner Bros. Aber der Bösche und ich gehen da mit unseren Homies bestimmt rein, wenn wir dafür endlich auch ein Remake von "Howard the Duck" bekommen. Niemand geringeres als George Lucas hat es einst versäbelt und womöglich könnte man Ang Lee kriegen oder das Team, wo aus Kampfstern Galaktika einen Debattierclub gemacht hat. Habe ich jüngst erstmals gesehen. Mann, Mann, Mann. Zylonen als Terroristen, Selbstmordattentäter im Weltall und Gerede, Gerede, Gerede. Kann man nicht einfach neue Folgen von "That's My Bush" drehen? Die Galaktika Crew könnte vielleicht aus diesem totalen 80s-Trash das totale 80s-Trash-Remake machen. Alles noch ein wenig schlechter und man hat einen sicheren Hit. Is' auch egal.

From the Mid-Iowa News: Ames police officer Chad Lovig had no idea what he stumbled upon Monday afternoon.

Lovig suspected he had arrived on the site of billboard vandalism. The words "find815.com" were scrawled in black letters across a billboard advertisement for Oceanic Airlines.

What Lovig didn't know is the "vandalism" is apparently part of an ongoing alternative reality game for the television show "Lost."

It's an interesting meme. Mainstream media wouldn't touch that shit. (For those of you who don't know what this is all about, "Girls, 1 Cup" shows two girls eating ice cream that looks like their own poo poo. It's a pretty disgusting special effect. Simple, but quite effective!) It's been on the web for a while though and it caused an endless series of video reactions on YouTube. Those are more interesting than the video itself. That's where the hype is.
