I stumbled across this site called wuhanpunk.yeah.net which is the hub of punk-activities in China. They have soundfiles and some English translations of texts from "Chaos", the only Chinese Punk-fanzine. There is a column here which gives a brief introduction to the scene over there and there is also a statement about the university of punk and becoming a utopian person.
Nasty Vinyl, that classic old label from Hannover who brought you the forgotten gems of East-German punkrock has already released a record by SMZB who sing stuff like "I want to fuck chairman Jiang Zhemin".
