"He is here to thank us for our contribution to the war. He is staying about 100meters from where I work, so I have had some very funny security training. If some one rings and says there is a bomb in the building, I have to ask the following: What is your name? Who do do represent? Where is the bomb? What does the bomb look like? I am also expected to note down the tonal quality of their voice, if they sound happy, sad, angry or my favorite....suspicious? I am also expected to notate if I think they are ethnic?"
