Movies and games merge and become one big fat promotion-package for the whatever property in general. The film might suck, but it's promoting the game and the other way around. Get the name from a popular game, give "the Rock" a gun and let him kill everything that moves. The trailer looks very much like the popular ego-shooter. Story? What story? This movie doesn't even have to hide the fact that the plot is about as dull as in any other action-film because that's what the people want. And I thought, "Tomb Raider" was a bad idea for a movie....
